Ingredients


  • 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, separated (1 table spoon for stir fry; the rest for baking)

Instructions


  1. On stove top, heat frying pan on high, add the other table spoon of olive oil.
  2. Pour everything into baking dish.
  3. Done.
