- 1 table spoon of organic extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Spoon egg yolk into a medium mixing bowl, and lay egg whites flat on a serving plate.
- Over stove top, on high heat, add olive oil, and tilt pan to spread oil all over pan's surface.
- When oil becomes heated, add green onions, reduce heat to medium-high, stir, and let cook for one minute--until green onions turn golden. Pour onions and oil onto egg yolks in the mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, sea salt and paprika to egg yolks. Mix well with spoon.
- Scoop egg yolk mix into each egg white half. Distribute evenly.
- Enjoy as appetizer or snack.
