Clean Eating Recipe – Green Onion Deviled Eggs

  • 1 table spoon of organic extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


  1. Spoon egg yolk into a medium mixing bowl, and lay egg whites flat on a serving plate.
  2. Over stove top, on high heat, add olive oil, and tilt pan to spread oil all over pan's surface.
  3. When oil becomes heated, add green onions, reduce heat to medium-high, stir, and let cook for one minute--until green onions turn golden. Pour onions and oil onto egg yolks in the mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayo, sea salt and paprika to egg yolks. Mix well with spoon.
  5. Scoop egg yolk mix into each egg white half. Distribute evenly.
  6. Enjoy as appetizer or snack.
