Ingredients
- 1 table spoon of real mayo made with olive oil (try this one by Hellman's here - it's awesome!)
Instructions
- Drain tuna.
- In a large bowl, add tuna, mayo, tomato, onion and pepper. Mix well.
- Flip mix over, and cook for another minute.
- Lay on top of a slice of freshly-baked Artisan whole grain bread.
- Enjoy!
This tuna melt made a delicious and wholesome lunch today. It’s definitely a low-maintenance clean eating recipe that you can do often.
