Clean Eating Recipe – Turkey, Avocado and Gouda Sandwich

Ingredients


  • 1 serving of all-natural turkey breast meat, cooked (I used Trader Joe's)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tea spoon of dijon mustard

Instructions


  1. Then, add turkey breast.
  2. Mix organic mayo with mustard, and spread on the other slice of bread.
  3. Enjoy the sandwich.

This sandwich was full of flavor and totally easy to make. It’s proof that clean eating recipes don’t have to taste bad and isn’t difficult to accomplish.
