Peachy Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt (we love Fage brand Greek yogurt)
  • 1 banana, chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup of peach slices (either frozen or room temperature)
  • 1 pitted Medjool date, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of organic non-GMO whole milk
  • 1/4 cup of ice

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend til' smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
